Technical Support

First Cranes will provide you with the support that you need. We provide assistance for individuals having technical problems. The technical support team is composed of individuals that are familiar with the ins and outs of the product. With this knowledge, they can troubleshoot most problems that the user might experience. Technical support may be provided over the phone, through email, or with a Face to Face visit.

Duties and Tasks:

  1. Deliver service and support to end-users.

  1. Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.

  1. Gather customer’s information and determine the issue.

  1. Research required information using available resources.

  1. Follow standard processes and procedures.

  1. Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications.

  1. Redirect problems to appropriate resource.

  1. Offer alternative solutions that are appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business.

  1. Follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers if necessary.


First Cranes will provide periodic or as-required maintenance or repair of equipment by its manufacturer or supplier, during and after the warranty period. This involves fixing any sort of mechanical, plumbing, or electrical device if it happens to be out of order or broken. This is known as repair, unscheduled, or casualty maintenance. It also includes performing routine actions in which keep the device in working order (known as scheduled maintenance) or prevent trouble from arising (preventive maintenance).

Time and safety are the two most critical factors when it comes to maintenance work. Whether it is part of an on-going schedule, a renewal due to wear and tear or a modernization project, maintenance can mean reduced capacity or even a complete shutdown.
