SH Wire Rope Hoist: STAHL Crane Systems download

The SH wire rope hoist programme is used around the world in many different applications. It is Compact, strong, and particularly maintenance-friendly. It is an ideal choice when it comes to combining quality, flexibility and performance. The module system enables almost unlimited combinations of the components. It is available in five sizes with 26 S.W.L. variants. The SH series covers the safe working load range from 500 kg to 25,000 kg. The wire rope hoists can be used in many applications such as stationary applications, together with trolleys in standard cranes, off-standard cranes or systems building.

Advantages:

  • Different sizes available, 26 S.W.L. variants.

  • Stationary version or various trolleys for cranes and systems building.

  • Compact size (U-shape)

  • Largely maintenance-free, low wear, long service life according to ISO.

  • Standard series with two lifting and two travel speeds.

  • Particularly soft starting and braking.

  • Standard series with high-quality safety components for improved work environment safety.

  • Optionally available in explosion-proof design according to ATEX and IECEx.

The AS 7 wire rope: STAHL Crane Systems download

The AS7 series is designed in two variants for the upper lifting capacity range to 125,000 kg. It is designed for a safe working load range from 20,000 kg to 32,000 kg. Therefore, it closes the gap between efficient use of the SH wire rope hoist programme and the AS7 wire rope hoist programme. It has some special features such as higher lifting capacities, greater lifting heights and faster lifting movements. The one important safety feature of the AS7 wire rope hoist, when designed as twin hoist, is its exact positioning of the load. As the rope of the twin hoist runs in opposite directions simultaneously, the load is lifted and lowered without any sideways movement of the hook. As7 is an innovative classic in hoisting and crane technology worldwide. The modular system enables innumerable combinations of the subassemblies for customized solutions.

Advantages:

  • Two designs for load capacities up to 125,000 kg.

  • Reduced-size ASR7 for a safe working load range from 20,000 kg to 32,000 kg, with a larger height of lift. It's the standard with exact load measurement at the rope anchorage (entry-level model).

  • Innovative drive technology with a cylindrical rotor motor with monodisc spring-loaded brake.

  • Stationary version or double rail crab for systems and crane building. It is optionally available as an underslung trolley or articulated trolley.

  • Compact construction and low approach dimensions.

  • Higher load capacity, hoisting speed and lifting height as twin hoist.

  • Largely maintenance-free, low wear, long service life assessed as per the requirements of ISO.

  • Optionally available in explosion-proof design according to ATEX, IECEx.

ELECTRIC WIRE ROPE HOIST: Verlinde Konecrane download

The Verlinde Eurobloc electric wire rope hoists range from 800kg to 80,000kg. It has a complete range of manual and electric trolleys. Eurobloc electric wire rope hoists come in a variety of configurations including normal headroom, low headroom and double girder trolley designs. The Eurobloc VT range of electric wire rope hoists offering a long-lasting, safe, economic and an easily maintained unit. It has some unique features such as near vertical true lift and sealed dustproof brakes.

Advantages:

  • Rapid and variable hoisting speed (with closed-loop variator).

  • Vertical lift.

  • Large load capacities avoiding the use of twinned hoists.

  • A standardised maintenance platform available as an option.

  • Optimal positioning of wheels on the trolley, which enables the best distribution of load on bearing structures.

  • An innovative rope guide system reduces stress on the wire rope and lengthens its life span.

  • The large diameter drum provides an increased life span of hoist rope. Reduction in rail widths and approach distances to optimize the working area of the winch.
